Hello,

I’m a generators dealer in Vietnam. I’d like to import generators from US manufacturers/corporations to sell in Vietnamese market. However, I could not find any contact info of an appropriate department in any firm. All they provide are the customer service numbers and emails, which can be used only for retail customers. And even when I asked or faxed to the numbers provided on their websites, I got no reply. Therefore, if I’d like to send snail mails or call them directly, what departments should I address or how do I find out the phone numbers I need usually? I have been completely taken by a company called Mexico Marketing (AKA Travel Comm). My credit card company has closed the dispute I opened stating that the company has a no refund policy. I never have recieved an email, letter, nothing…. no services provided. I also have proof that other people have bought the same vacation and never gotten it! Each time they call to book it, the dates are supposedly full already.. and blah blah blah… I want to take them to court, but I don’t know how to go about it? Do I need to get a lawyer? If so, what kind of lawyer?

i understand how email spammers make money. but how do telephone numbers for land lines / cell phones make money ? is there a business to market telephone numbers ? why are they bought/ sold used for ?

i have identified one / not sure who to report them to. There are several reports on filed with FCC .

why should companies track employees email .Is this policy fair to employees.why is the goverment getting involved in this
