Email marketing 777

i am 23 about to graduate college with a degree in finance and have gotten turned down from several jobs i have real work history real professional certifications in I.T.

im now trying to decide if i should focus more of my efforts on my job or growing my business the first two months i made 51000 in sales in 2010 and about 23000 profit. my business really doesnt have any “real assets” and is very risky i believe its marketing renting email lists and what not. I now have a customer data base of 4k people. i really started this business just so i didnt have to get a job in college now im wondering if i should try to live off this business for real. what do you guys think?

I am a co-op student and my marketing project is to email garden clubs and offer them free samples of the garden products the company I work for makes. The products are more expensive, electronic items so clubs will be given a choice of one of three products. I need to know how to approach the clubs in my initial email so I want some insight into what they value most (ie free products, education, etc). Should I just email and say “free product” or send them some research on a problem and how the products help solve it? Something else? This will help me choose my approach in order to get the largest response for my campaign. Any insight from gardeners/club members would be appreciated!

Hi, currently I live in Ontario but was thinking about venturing out west. I want to be a landscaper (interlocking stone, retaining walls, lawn and gardens). I have looked for some jobs out there but not many are being advertised yet. I wondered if Edmonton had a good market for Landscaping and how I could find some of the companys that don’t necessarily advertise on the internet for applicants. Can anyone help me find a full time job for landscaping jobs, any advice. Maybe I can post my resume on the net, not really sure tho. Anyone who can answer this will be a great help. It’s only January but I’d like to be prepared for spring if possible. So if anyone knows any email addresses or anything that would be appreciated. thanx!
