If you were a CEO and I wanted to offer you my services, which sales approach would you prefer or recommend?

I am trying to decide which sales approach I should use to market my products and services to General Managers of Hotels, Restaurants, Sports Bars and other Corporate companies. I don’t want an approach that can be easily overlooked and one that makes the target feel forced. Which approach would turn you from a stranger, into a friend and then into a customer? Which approach would you prefer and which you don’t recommend?
1. A fax to the Manager showing products and services offered….
2. An email to the Manager showing products and services offered…
3. Dropping off samples, business cards, and brochure to the Manager…
4. Calling the Manager telling him/her about products and services and organizing a date to come in with samples, call cards, and brochures?

I need to conduct a survey for my class project?

I need to conduct a survey for my class project, but I’m too lazy to go out there on the street therefore I was hoping you guys could help me. The idea is that Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant decides to open an ice cream parlor. Here are my questions: What would motivate you to buy ice cream at BWW, while there is probably an ice cream shop next door? Which ice cream brand is your favorite? What do you seek/ expect when buying ice cream (quality, variety of flavors, low cost, etc.)? Lastly, what are some of your disappointments, unmet expectations when it comes to ice cream or what new ice cream products would you like to see?
