receiving email tracking / read receipts from sent emails?

E-mail Tracking, how do i know when the person gets my email?


When i send an email to someone i need to know if they read it or not. Does anybody know a e-mail service that can tell you that, i do not want a trail period and i do not want to pay for it. Currently i have yahoo, and MSN but they do not tell you when the person opens there e-mail. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. THANKS!
