Is there anyway you can track somebody by their email? or somehow ?

IS THERE ANY SOFTWARE THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD SO I CAN SEE IF MY EMAIL (FROM MY YAHOO ACCOUNT) HAS BEEN READ??
