I am having huge issues with trying to send a video stream thru email, it’s too large to send..is there any other way to send the file either by compressing it or using an alternate to email?

I was wondering what programming language is good for automating responses to a web survey. This survey site gives out short and long surveys. I would like to write a program that can recognize when a short or long survey is given and then automate the responses to the survey.
